On Thursday, July 19th, DLP Capital Partners welcomed 219 guests at our latest investor dinner event, held at Blue Grillhouse in Bethlehem. More than 100 of our current investors enjoyed a pre-dinner happy hour with CEO Don Wenner and additional team members from DLP Capital Partners. Over 70 prospective investors then joined the group for dinner while listening to Don’s presentation on current and exciting new investment opportunities along with the many benefits and rewards from choosing to invest with DLP Capital Partners.

DLP Capital Partners enjoyed a very successful and productive Q2. Don commented, “We raised over $17.6 million in capital and closed 60 loans and lines of credit which contributed to a total funding of over $49.9 million. We also acquired 1,154 apartments and over 72,000 square feet of office space, totaling over $47.35 Million in real estate! Additionally, we have built tremendous momentum going into Q3. Most importantly, DLP once again achieved its targeted returns across all of our investment funds.”

WAEB radio personality and long-time supporter of DLP, Bobby Gunther Walsh, attended, complementing Don and his passion for solving all kinds of real estate issues. Gunther commented, “I’ve known Don for over 10 years and was initially surprised that a young man of his age could help me. After careful vetting, I put my trust in him and I’m grateful that I did. Over the years, Don has found me a home to buy, sold my home, helped with renovations through DLP Builders, and my investments with DLP Capital Partners are solid and successful. Don has always done everything he said he would and more not just for me but also for so many of my listeners.”

Current investors Jack and Jackie S. are also extremely happy with their decision to invest with DLP, commenting, “We first heard about investing with DLP Capital Partners from Bobby Gunther Walsh’s radio program. After doing our own research and speaking with Don on several occasions, we decided to go for it. We were looking for an investment with better and more substantial returns. We’ve enjoyed both and are thrilled. We have been with DLP for over 3 years now and have attended DLP events in Bethlehem, Florida, and Georgia.”

As always, the event wrapped up with the announcement of two lucky prize winners from the evening’s raffle. Congratulations to current investor Fred B., who won $500 towards an existing DLP investment and prospective investor Camilla S., who won $500 towards a DLP investment or a stay at a DLP vacation home.
