DLP Capital Partners Sets the Stage, Welcoming Investors and Guests at

ArtsQuest Center

On Wednesday, July 17, 2019, DLP Capital Partners welcomed close to 300 attendees, including current and prospective investors, along with invited guests to their latest investor informational dinner.

The event was held at the ArtsQuest Center at Steelstacks, their newest venue in Bethlehem’s historic south side. Guests were treated to complimentary dinner and drinks, were entertained by a young, local magician, and learned all about the unique and potentially life-changing investment opportunities with DLP Capital Partners. Guests were curious about the unopened Hostess donut bags sitting on their tables until Don shared a story about his early entrepreneurial days as a young boy who sold Hostess Donnettes to his classmates for 25 cents.

Current investors enjoyed a private happy hour and Q&A session with Don Wenner, President of DLP Capital Partners, prior to the event. During dinner, Don’s presented invaluable information, including the inner workings of the DLP RE Capital family of companies and what makes them so successful, the properties they invest in and why, current fund offerings, performance projections, and more. Additionally, guests heard testimonials from two investors who presented their own personal perspective on what it means to invest with DLP Capital Partners.

Deb T. has been an investor with DLP Capital Partners since 2018. She commented, “Investing with DLP continues to be better than the stock market or any kind of savings plan we’ve ever had. All of Don’s strategies are right on the mark and the results are fantastic. Thank you to Bob, Liz, Barry, and Mandy who answer all of our questions right away and with no pressure. It’s great customer service. We always recommend investing with this company to all of our friends and family.”

Dave F., a retired owner of several McDonald’s franchises throughout the Lehigh Valley, has been an investor with DLP Capital Partners since 2015. He comments, “I always heard Don on the radio and after walking by his office many times, I finally went in to see what DLP was all about. After meeting with him, I decided to invest with a small amount of money and slowly added more and invested in additional fund opportunities. I thought it would be a great way to save for my grandkids. The stock market is up and down, but this way of investing is guaranteed. You can take distributions, compound, or work with the team to come up with what works best for you. There’s been no snags or miscues for the past 4 ½ years. It works.”

Throughout the event, the audience answered informative and entertaining quiz questions in order for a chance to win an extended weekend stay at one of two private DLP vacation properties, located in either Asheville, NC or on St. Simons Island.

Larry J. Hickernell, Jr. Senior Investment Success Manager commented, “Not only was this event our largest ever, it was by far the most interactive and fruitful event to date. Having the beautiful SteelStacks in the background, and being in a fantastic banquet room only added to the phenomenal energy that was already apparent with our attendees. We look forward to deepening our relationship with all of our existing investors and we are excited to welcome many new investors to our DLP Capital Partners investor family as a result of this fantastic evening.”

After the presentation, Don continued to answer questions well into the evening. The night came to a close with the announcement of two raffle winners: current investor John L. and prospective investor Samir D.
